Han's return to 'F9' presented another easter egg from 'Tokyo Drift'

The return of the Japanese friend of Toretto for 'F9', was one of the great surprises of the first trailer, however, this was not all that excited the fans, as it has been reported on the reference of the Mazda RX-7 of Han in 'Fast and Furious 9'.

In 'Tokyo Drift', a film in which the character played by Sung Kang was unveiled, he presented several fast cars with extroverted designs that became a cult for fans of this franchise.

Among these colorful cars were the Mazda RX-7 which used Sean Boswell's mentor to escape Takashi, having learned the money he stole for a long time.

In this same vehicle he lost his life, since initially it was believed that the car crash was an accident, but in 'Fast and Furious 6', it was revealed that Shaw was responsible for this event, this as part of his revenge against Toretto and his family.

However, this final for Han did not convince the fans, so the producers of the saga gave him a second chance for 'F9'.

So in the first preview this emblematic character is seen again, accompanied by a reference of Han's Mazda RX-7 in 'Fast and Furious 9'.
